Drinking lots of water is absolutely essential. Water flushes out the toxins in your body and helps digestion. As most of the body and brain consists of water, drinking water frequently hydrates your system besides keeping the kidneys and other body parts in working order. One must have plenty of fresh air to breathe. Outdoor activity is recommended. Meditation is also practiced by many for relaxation of the mind.
